Teen Violence: Just another genreation's Shit, Or a starter for Complete Chaos..?

  More than ever, fights been exploding all around the world, in our country, in our school's, on our street's...YET the people doing this are the only one's to be blamed on the incidence's surrounding our public, and global problems. The new way of solving problems is to Fight, Fight, Fight. Why is this, why is it that this has become the only way of solving things...The Media.
  The Media advertises it through Music, Art, T.V, Computers, Radio, and Video games. This is not just a coincidence we are being projected into a world of violence and it's starting younger, and the fights are getting deadlier than ever.
  Everyday you walk down the street you read in the Papers or on the Computers, The News about someone somewhere committing a violent offence on someone, another bombing, MORE WAR...it's a continuous act of negligence due to the people not using the voice and mind they were born with. This is not easily forgotten when it is advertised once again through the movies, video games, and music being splurged on the public.
  This volcano of violence is far from done being fully erupt, it is going to get deadlier and hotter so to say. If we the people don't take control of the shit that is going through out our minds everyday, then we the people are not capable, or should be able to be themselves. If we can't think for ourselves and just be the way our media and others project we should be then we loose. We shouldn't be fighting, judging, labeling, stereotyping, etc. We're only separating and causing a dividing barrier between our country and the people who live here. With the fist flying of 2010, I sadly can imagine that the fists won't work much longer and the use of weapons will flourish.
  Ask yourselves...Do you want to see weapons flourish through out the streets, because people want to show dominance. Do you feel comfortable with this....If not, Then STOP SUPPORTING THE MEDIA'S EVIL SHIT!!

Where's the Music At...? ( Oh Ya, The Man Took It )

    If you look at the generations from the past until now you will notice something wrong with the socal statisquo. The altar in which has corrupted mostly all the teens and young adults of our time...This corruption is The Media Corruption.
     I always wondered why is it that there are no bands now of days that make the same up rising music that our parents grew up on ex: Jimi Hendrix, The Doors, Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, Rush, Blue Oyster Cult, Pink Floyd, The Beatles, Areosmith, Janis Joplin, The Who, The Guess Who etc.
    Why is it that our generation hasn't had a flourishment of musical orgasims such as our parents have and had experienced. Since there is no big war or cause to fight for, does this mean that we are un able to have good music made now or something. Why is it that we have not had the big explosion of Motivational Music. What is it due to....The answer is because the media.
     The Media controls the way people like to Dress, Talk, They control what we Watch, Eat, Drink, How we should Look, How we should Act, What we like, What we Buy, How we Buy, and What we want to Do.... I feel that if we wern't such a media consumed counrty, maybe the music would actually be from the soul and inner thoughts, not what MTV, Much Music, Hollister, The OC, Jersey Shore shit tells us to sing and dance about.
     If the Media would stop projecting what we should and could be, Then maybe people wouldn't be so uptight when it comes to self expresssion through art. I feel that the media of our generation is a bunch of Disrespectful, Prejiduce, Self Concered Haters who only give chances to people with nice Hair, nice Clothes, and Lot's of Money. Cause of this I feel that the media need's to be thrown down and put out.
    You always hear about " The Man " and how he puts eveything down, well why not stand up for our selves and make it so that the artists that need the coverage the one's who don't sing about Bling, Grills, Bitches, and Cars get the coverage and air time they deserve and need. I may not be Taylor Swift, or Lady Gaga but dammit I have words and or lyrics that need to be put out there... Don't you, Be a Person, Show Induviduallity, Speak your Mind, Show the Media that the Wild Horses still roam and Great Music Isn't DEAD....!

Music, People, Life, What cause is Ours...

     If you listen to the songs of the past, The songs of our fathers and mothers before us, you see that there was a big difference. A difference in Society, in Culture, in Life.
     The people of the times were fighting for Peace, Love, and Hope for a better World, a better Country. Now the fight is gone and the music flare is dying and sadily becoming Extinct... Scary I know, but as our parents gave birth to our genration we were given the power to fight, and express ourselves. We were givin the oppertunity to stand up for causes, and make music that will contunue the success of our parents, and their fight.
     Now of days finding a cause to fight for is the fight.... Are we the generation that is going to be known as the ones who let music...well actual muiscal flares die...? The fact is that our parents fought for causes to give us the freedom to express ourselves, and what have we given them, a decade or two of shitty music, Hollister, Amercan Eagle, iPod's, Cell Phones, and Computers. Yet the scary list continues and build's it's gateway to a new society, one of electronics and media consumption the consumption that blinds people from themselves, and tells them what they want, what they need...
    Why have people lost their ways with Music and Life,...Why must everyone have the  iPod's, Cell Phones, the Latest Hot Brand of Clothing, the newest Computer, The Tonne of Makeup to look " Pretty ", and the next Best Seller in the Cinemaor T.V.
     Our parents saw the evil that was coming and now we are blinded from it. They fought to show us the problems, the problems we now support the problems in which people judge, and push people around with. As a teen from 90's I say FIGHT, Fight for something People, Show the world we are not just consumer Zombies, Show the World we Can be as Free and Powerful as our parents have. Give our generation Music, so we can have the power to Change and End the Consumption of the Media M-Fer's...

Reality....Is it Still Around or Not?!

    When you watch a television program, you witness how they the media can take control of any situation they air. They can alter time, pause scences, have any power they want, slow down time, etc... all because they play a part, a part to suit their "Reality" a reality that most people of the world now of days sadily follow due to the blinding light the Media Monster projects to them. With this topic, I will be talking about the part that is the main factor of disscussion REALITY, does "media's really" conincide with ours, or do they alter it to fit the standards of their needs and wants. When they infact project these images to society, do they truly blur the clear vision of life's ways, and values by placing "The way we should be" in front of us on our televison screens every night.
     Example everytime you watch t.v, when there is a food advertisement on the screen you most likely get hungery, or say " Umm, That Looks Good" This is because they have taken the time to make everything on it look perfect for you the consumer to devour in more then one way.
    When you actually go out and buy the products of advertisment teasing your hunger it's deffinently not the same looking thing that is advertised to you at frist, it's a representation, a representation that the media perceives as good, as " The food to eat." Everyone knows that making a burger or what ever, the advertisement was that you picture pulling you in is, you yourself could go out and make it for half the price, healthier, and/or even Tastier. Still thou, we all go out and buy that burger, why...because the media tells us too.
    When a counrty you live in says " Let's Go To War ", because they feel that the counrty their going to war against is somehow or in someway is in the wrong for something, society will follow with support, because thats the way of a " Patriotic Citizen ". Why is it this way because media portreys it to be that way through, shows or War, advertisements with the " All-American Post War Person".
     Therefore, with media projecting so many messages, influnecing people in all different area's of life it's hard to not be blinded and tangled up in the frenzy they shove at us. While most stay tangled a majority do not.

I personally think that when it come to looking through magazines, newspappers, etc...Your not actually looking at the person in the magazine you are looking at the medias poster star model, the person they want us all to be. you look at the person who's looks and image has been altered to fit the needs and wants of the media masters i personally feel like i'm being lied to because it's not a person i'm looking at it's some computerized
" Person ". I feel kind of wiered out when it comes to gazing throught magazines, because it shows that you can't be you, you must be better, different, PERFECT... Also, when it comes to the images I dont fully know if what i'm seeing is the medias ways, or the peoples ways. I almost feel insulted to the point where I cant trust what the media is trying to put out for me, and others like myself ( The World ) because it seems everything now of days must be altered in order to get the coverage, or to be shown/ talked about.

 Big Nasty

My dependency to the media is not that big for the fact that i've been raised quite old school and i've never really had a finacially stable life to be able to purchise and or get into the whole computer, ipod, msn, or televison program ways of our society now of days. When you put Jake Bannon and Media together you only really get....MUSIC FANATIC! For the technologly use of the 21st century that most teens/ young adults usually use for communication, gossip, etc. I usually am only surfing on youtube, for the fact that you can get a variety of all the artists videos and songs that you listen to and love. When using the Media/ Computer I generally am searching for lyrics, music videos, music downloads, instrament tabs, artist clothing lines and websites.
     My Independence from Media is higher then most. When it comes to TV, Magazines, Clothing, Newspapers, Computers, and anyother main purchised items from my social groups and or age group, I tend to stay away from it due to living life to the fullest and not being blocked by the material items which are produced now of days for the youth to eat up and devoure.
